During this period, I’ve taken on greater technical ownership and autonomy, driving continuous improvements in key tools used across the company. Main responsibilities and achievements:

  • Refactored, optimized, and maintained the QGIS plugin, delivering improvements based on feedback from the consulting team and end-users.
  • Developed automated reports using Power Query, removing the need for scripts and simplifying data analysis for users.
  • Built a QGIS plugin feature that loads satellite imagery using geometry bounding boxes, enabling:
    • True Color and NDVI visualization.
    • Crop health monitoring, environmental assessment, and decision support in the field.
  • Lead projects end-to-end, from technical planning to delivery, with active involvement in architectural and product decisions.
  • Strengthened engineering practices by applying design patterns, improving code structure, and enhancing overall software quality.
